FEARLESS FRIDAY 02/01/13: Name 1 goal that you have for the month of February. What steps are you going to take to accomplish this goal? What will come out of it as a result?
I am a running newbie (running for 6 months) but am currently scheduled to run my first half marathon in May. So my goal for February is to log at least 50 miles, even with the below freezing temperatures predicted! The plan is to break the 50 miles into 12.5 miles a week. I have made the commitment to running 3 days a week to accomplish this. I have truly come to love running and by accomplishing this goal I know that I have better prepared myself to complete this marathon. Hopefully one day I can compete at your level and run ultramarathons!! Thank you for the inspiration!
