Buffalo Bleu Cheese Egg White ‘Omelette’ Scramble!
You will need:
-1/2 cup egg whites (62 calories)
-1/4 cup chopped celery (8 calories)
-1/4 cup chopped white onion (24 calories)
-2 tablespoons Stella Reduced Fat Bleu Cheese Crumbles (40 calories)
-1 teaspoon Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (0 calories)
-1 pinch ground cumin
-1 pinch crushed red pepper
-1 pinch chilli powder
-1 pinch pepper
1.) Combine all ingredients into a bowl, and mix until well-blended.
2.) Bring a small non-stick frying pan to medium heat.
3.) Once the pan is hot, slowly pour the mixture into the pan.
4.) Allow the egg mixture to cook nearly all the way through.
*Tip: It helps to cover the pan, which entraps the heat and allows the mixture to cook slightly faster.
5.) Loosen the edges with a spatula, and carefully flip over.
6.) Cook the rest of the way through (there will be no liquid left).
7.) Once finished, fold the scramble in half to resemble a regular omelette.
8.) Plate, admire, and enjoy!
